A good turnout of buckskins on Saturday (Dec 6) made sure that the 2008 State Titles for the National Buckskin Society was such a successful show.  The weather wasn't too hot for most competitors, but if it was, then the very quick downpour of rain during the ridden classes sure cooled things down. 

The presentation of all competitors during the day was excellent and congratulations must go to all of the class winners and champions, in particular to -

• Grand Supreme Led Exhibit - Brosha Park Shardonay - S & D Hogan and

• Supreme Ridden Exhibit - Heritage Park Charteuse - D Matthews.

Congratulations also to the Foal Futurity winners - yes we had two futurities this year.  One of them was a 3 year old Futurity, which was the 2007 Futurity carried over because of the cancellation of events due to the EI problems during the previous showing season.  The other was the normal 2 year old Futurity for 2008.
